“When you see the area marked as ‘O’, enter a saw blade spacer”. This is the most basic rule of Sugita’s Woodworking Method, in order to account for the saw kerf when making wood joints; otherwise, gaps will result. It is recommended the user purchase at least one additional saw blade for this purpose. Additional saw blades can also be purchased as replacement blades.
